Enrol with My Family Lounge

 
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child. We manage all our enquiries online through the My Family Lounge service.

It’s easy to enrol in your chosen service. For permanent bookings, follow the three simple steps below.

Step 1

For NEW families to My Family Lounge, click on the REGISTER button. You will then be taken through a registration process to create your My Family Lounge account.

Step 2

Log into your My Family Lounge account and tell us about you, your child and what bookings you would like. If we can meet your needs, we will.

Step 3

For permanent bookings, we will get back to you within 48 hours and advise if we have a spot available for your child.

When we have a space available, you will be emailed an offer, asked to accept the offer and to complete and submit the enrolment form in the My Family Lounge portal.
